Dennis Cheek

is a Senior Fellow at the Kauffman Foundation, Senior Research Associate at the Hagley Museum and Library, teaching faculty member at the Graduate School of Education (GSE) and lecturer in the Wharton-GSE joint doctoral program at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a former science and social studies teacher, department administrator, state supervisor of career and technical centers, former vice president at both the John Templeton Foundation and the Kauffman Foundation, and former auxiliary chaplain for the U.S. Air Force. He has contributed, authored or edited over 800 publications and is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
