Dr. Billy Cook

Billy Cook, Ph.D. is senior vice president and director of the Agricultural Division of The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation. He joined the Noble Foundation in 1999 as a livestock consultant within the division’s consultation program before assuming the role of research program manager in 2004. As director he oversees the consultation, research, education, outreach and support efforts within the Agricultural Division.
