Steve Moffit

Steve Moffitt is the Director of A New Direction, the key strategic body for connecting young Londoners with the city’s creative and cultural energy. The organization designs and runs creative programs in partnership with schools, local authorities, businesses, and delivers the Government’s Creative Partnerships program across London. After studying Theatre Arts at Bretton Hall in 1984 he joined Community Arts Workshop in Manchester. In 1989 he became Associate Director of Theatre Venture and in 1989 Artistic Director. Steve joined English National Opera in 1996 leading the education team. In 2002 Steve joined Creative Partnerships as Director of London East.
